Goal: Improve user experience and content discoverability by consolidating fragmented resources into a single, well-organized library for Coursera’s enterprise.

• Led the initiative to streamline Coursera Enterprise’s resource library content
• Acted as the liaison between content, design, and engineering teams

Tools & Tech

• Contentful – content tagging, structure organization, and CMS updates
• Figma – reworked navigation and filter logic with UX wireframes
• Jira – managed tasks, tracked progress, and collaborated with devs

• 🗂️ Audited and tagged existing resources for consistency and taxonomy alignment
• 🧭 Redesigned navigation to enhance UX and reduce bounce rates
• 🔁 Mapped redirects to preserve SEO equity and support a seamless user journey
• 🛠️ Worked with developers to implement filters, search functionality, and dynamic content categories
